Medication Refill Requests
If your pet is a current patient (you have consulted with Dr Vicki or Dr Eloise within the past 6 months) and requires a medication refill, please complete the form below.
A $30 prescription fee applies, which you can pay via the link here. Your prescription can be:
Ongoing Prescription Requirements
In accordance with prescribing guidelines, your pet must have a recheck every 6 months to continue receiving prescription medications.
After each consultation, we send your pet's behaviour report to your regular veterinarian so they can provide ongoing prescription refills where appropriate.
If Your Pet Is Due for a Recheck
If you have not seen your regular veterinarian or us within the past 6 months, you can book a recheck with us here.
Urgent Medication Refills
If your pet urgently requires medication and has not been seen by either your regular veterinarian or us within the past 6 months, please book your recheck and fill out the form below, noting that you have booked in with either Dr Eloise or Dr Vicki. We will issue an urgent temporary prescription to last until your recheck. Please note on the form below how soon you will run out of medications, so we know the urgency of the request.
Prescriptions Will Be:

- Express posted to your address within 48 hours, or
- Emailed directly to your preferred pharmacy (please indicate your preference on the form).

- Cost: $160 (via Zoom) or $300 in person
- Includes: Consultation and any required prescriptions
